I hope to catalyze innovation through design and data analytics.
Innovation is often seen as risky, but it is a lack of innovation that usually leads to the fall of a company. Innovation is so important that companies like Apple spend more than 6 billion dollars on Research & Development, per quarter! I know what you’re thinking, I’m not Apple! The truth is, when home service businesses have the courage to innovate amazing things happen.
With a strong website and marketing strategy, businesses can safely test new ideas and explore where no other company has explored before. If you look at the biggest names in each industry, you will see a pattern. They are all innovators.
Data Analytics opens an ocean of opportunities.
With A/B testing, choosing the most profitable landing page structure is just a matter of comparing the performance of each structure and selecting the one with the best perfomance. The tricky part is making sure the test is fair and only one variable is tested at a time.
Data Analytics is the foundation of our services. It is what sets us apart from other Agencies. We never guess based on emotion or opinions, we look at the facts and the data to make decisions that grow your business.
In order for me to continuously realize my mission, it is essential that I keep my values at the center of all my decisions:
Truth above all.
Continuous improvement.
Different is better.
What gets measured, gets managed.
Ever since I can remember, I have desired to be at the frontier of discovery. As a kindergartner, I would focus most of my time in art class trying to design new colors. In elementary school, I would hurry back home to spend hours in front of the TV watching documentaries on the Discovery Channel. Nothing fascinated me more than seeing how inventors, engineers, designers, and scientists pushed the boundaries of what was possible and what was known. I grew up respecting the work of figures like Albert Einstein, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Nikola Tesla.
In college, I studied Biomolecular Engineering. Because BME is an interdisciplinary major, I took classes ranging from Technical Writing and Organic Chemistry to Electrical Engineering and Programming.
It was in my programming classes I discovered my passion for programming, design, and problem-solving.
After Graduating from UCSC, I came to the realization that in addition to my desire to be at the frontier of discovery, I also wanted to be the CEO of my own company.
While doing some research, I stumbled upon a Japanese concept called Ikigai. Ikigai means, “A personal reason for living.” I used this concept to guide me through the process of forming a business idea.
In short, your Ikigai is the intersection of 4 distinct categories: What you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.
I reflected on my love for discovery and design.
I remembered how natural it felt to work through programming projects. I always find myself being able to logically think through a problem and come up with the right questions.
I learned about the current demand for Data Analysts and Web Designers.
After seeing the rise and fall of companies during the pandemic, I began to understand that innovation is what the world currently needs the most.
After much thought, I can confidently say that my Ikigai is to help companies innovate with the help of Data Analytics and design.
